Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship across Canada from our Ontario-based studio.
As part of our Launch Promotion, all orders are eligible for FREE standard shipping Canada-wide — no minimum purchase required. This special offer applies to all provinces and territories for a limited time.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing Time
All AVO leashes are handmade to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping time varies depending on your location:

We ship using a combination of reliable couriers to ensure the best rates and delivery speeds, including national carriers and regional partners.
Tracking Your Order
Once your leash ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to become active.
Shipping Questions or Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us right away at heel@theavo.ca — we’re here to help and want to make things right.
International Shipping
We’re not currently shipping outside of Canada — but we’re working on it! If you’re located outside Canada and are interested in our leashes, email us at heel@theavo.ca to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
